Skin care
Skin cancer screening and birthmark checks are essential, as the sun’s rays affect the skin on a daily basis. Over time, moles can change or new ones can appear. In some cases, black skin cancer – melanoma – can be hidden behind such changes. These changes can be so subtle that they are easily overlooked by the person affected. White skin cancer can also be easily detected at an early stage and treated less invasively. The examination should be carried out at least once a year.
The skin is exposed to many influences every day and reacts accordingly. It is therefore crucial to take good care of this important organ and to check it regularly.
The skin reacts quickly to external influences, which often manifests itself in the form of inflammation. Inflammations can be treated more easily and quickly if they are not yet advanced. Both children and older people are more susceptible to inflammation, skin irritation and eczema. With a suitable care plan and timely therapy, the skin’s resistance can be optimally supported.
